Terms of Use

The simple rules for using Lattice and latticegame.com. Plain language, no surprises.

Effective date: July 23, 2026. These Terms are a contract between you and Drylabs GmbH ("Drylabs", "we", "us"), the maker of Lattice. By using the Lattice game, the website at latticegame.com, or the web app at play.latticegame.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Lattice is a number-logic puzzle game. We provide a daily puzzle and a library of puzzles to play for free in your browser and on supported app stores. We may add, change, or remove features, puzzles, or worlds over time, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We aim to keep it available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.

2. Who can use it

You may use the Service if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. Lattice is suitable for general audiences. If you are a minor, please use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Free play and purchases

The daily puzzle and core game are free. On supported app-store versions, Lattice may offer an optional one-time purchase ("Lattice Complete") that unlocks additional content and removes optional advertising in that app. App-store purchases are handled by the relevant store and are subject to its terms, refund rules, and restore mechanisms. There is currently no paid checkout on latticegame.com or play.latticegame.com. Any future web purchase will show its processor, price, refund terms, and platform scope before you buy.

4. Advertising

Free app-store versions may show advertising as described in our Privacy Policy. The website and browser game do not currently display third-party ads. Before web advertising is activated, we will update our privacy and cookie notices and provide any consent controls required by law.

5. Acceptable use

Please use the Service fairly. You agree not to: interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as allowed by law; cheat or manipulate leaderboards or other shared features; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may limit or end access that breaks these rules or harms other players.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its puzzles, software, design, text, graphics, and the Lattice name and logo, is owned by Drylabs or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own enjoyment. You may share your puzzle results and screenshots; you may not redistribute the puzzle library or pass the Service off as your own.

7. User content

If you send us feedback, bug reports, or ideas, you grant us permission to use them to improve the Service without obligation to you. Don't send us anything you don't have the right to share.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We work hard to prove every puzzle has exactly one solution, but we do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drylabs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date above, and significant changes will be noted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, where Drylabs GmbH is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
