Is my progress backed up?

Your progress is stored on your device. Cloud sync is planned.

I bought Lattice Complete on another device.

Purchases follow the store account and platform where they were made. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account and use the in-app restore option where shown. App Store purchases do not transfer to Google Play, or vice versa. If the unlock still does not return, email us with the platform and order date.

A puzzle looks unsolvable.

Every Lattice puzzle is machine-proven to have exactly one solution. Tap a red tile to take it back, or use a hint — and if something still looks wrong, email us a screenshot; we treat correctness reports as our highest priority.
