Something not working, progress missing, or a purchase to restore? Email [email protected]. Please include your platform (browser or iOS), the device, and the app version (in the app, Settings → About). Our Support page answers the most common questions first.

Every Lattice board is machine-proven to have exactly one solution, so a correctness report is our highest priority. Send a screenshot and the world/level (or the daily date) and we'll investigate immediately.
